Technical Program Manager -Hybrid -Richmond VA in Richmond, Virginia at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technical support for business enablement tools like Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Support and troubleshoot basic Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
• Drive training, workshops, and user adoption initiatives
• Communicate program status, risks, and updates to leadership
• Establish governance, best practices, and lifecycle processes
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and organizational standards
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in technical program management or application delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to build/troubleshoot Power Apps & Automate flows
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI, Dataverse
• Power Platform/Azure certifications
• Background in governance, training, or change management
• Public sector experience is a plus
