| General Description | The Site Administrative Associate is a part-time position at the Career & Advanced Technology Center (CATC)/West Regional Center (WERC), reporting to the Manager, CATC. This position provides front-line support for prospective and continuing students. Under limited supervision, this position supports enrollment-related functions, manages student intake, and delivers high-quality customer service. The role requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions independently while ensuring the smooth operation of CATC/WERC and student services activities. This is a part-time, position with work hours not to exceed 20 hours per week. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Occasional weekend hours may be required. |
