Experienced Carpenter
Greenberry Industrial – Oregon/PNW Travel
Pay Range: $25-35 per hour DOE + Per Diem
Note: This is a regional travel role, travel is required.
Greenberry Industrial is currently seeking Experienced Carpenters to support on site industrial construction in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. We are looking for skilled, safety focused craftspeople - preferably local - who have a strong background in commercial and industrial construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Construct, repair, and install wood stud framed walls and structural components
• Install sheetrock, including layout, fastening, and finishing prep
• Build and install small concrete forms and assist with concrete placement activities
• Dismantle, relocate, and reassemble industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform accurate measurements using a tape measure and layout tools
• Safely operate table saws, circular saws, compound miter saws, and general woodworking hand tools
• Support building layout, structural alignment, and site modifications
• Assist with plumbing and piping installation in commercial/industrial settings
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Carpenter in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of building layout, framing, and finishing work
• Working knowledge of plumbing and piping systems for commercial use
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, layouts, and basic construction drawings
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery handling
• Knowledge of food grade environments and sanitation requirements (GMP, etc.), when applicable
• Current knowledge of State and Federal industrial safety regulations
Safety & Compliance Requirements
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, including:
o Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
o Confined Space procedures
o Work permits and job hazard analysis
• Ability to follow all Greenberry safety policies and site specific requirements
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and routinely lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
