In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with inquiries related to products, services, and account information in both English and Spanish. You will play an essential role in delivering a positive customer experience by resolving issues efficiently, accurately, and with empathy. Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, you will handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring service quality standards are met. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate customer concerns with professionalism. - Respond to incoming customer inquiries across phone, email, or other communication channels while meeting defined service level agreements.
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, policies, and account management in a clear and professional manner.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and customer support policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Follow applicable regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines when handling customer interactions.
- Document interactions and updates accurately within internal systems to ensure continuity of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing roles.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and customer service systems.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM CST).
- Must be currently residing in the United States.
