Salary: Starting at $120,000/year (higher based on experience)
Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale customer programs involving engineered electrical systems and power distribution solutions. This role manages projects from post-contract transition through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and final customer acceptance.

Based onsite at a production facility, this position works closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery of complex projects.

Core Responsibilities

Full Project Lifecycle Ownership

  • Lead assigned programs from contract handoff through final delivery and customer acceptance
  • Manage overall execution, including scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Facilitate internal project kickoff meetings with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project momentum

Contract & Scope Management

  • Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements for accuracy
  • Support scope clarification and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment between contractual requirements, engineering outputs, and production deliverables
  • Support billing milestones, documentation requirements, and customer acceptance criteria

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the primary coordination point between engineering, production, quality, logistics, and commercial teams
  • Maintain visibility and accountability across all project phases
  • Oversee configuration updates and ensure changes are communicated clearly across teams
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining project progress

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead scheduled project status meetings with customers and external partners
  • Provide clear updates on schedule, testing, manufacturing progress, and delivery timelines
  • Manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout each engagement
  • Represent the organization in high-visibility project discussions and reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing, electrical systems, or infrastructure-related industries
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase, cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing-based project delivery environments
  • Experience working directly with customers, contractors, or EPC organizations
  • Ability to interpret contracts, schedules, and technical documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment and collaborating closely with plant teams
Preferred Experience
  • Background with modular or integrated electrical systems
  • Exposure to data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure-based projects
  • Experience with ERP systems or project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and logistics coordination for large equipment shipments
