Salary Range-($17.00 to $18.00 hourly)

Receptionist

Job Summary:

This job requires a patient and a stable work style, and consistency in dealing with a repetitive routine. The role demands a cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful.

  • Excellent phone, verbal communication, and listening skills.
  • Strong customer service focus, willingness to serve fellow staff.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Listen and be empathetic to customer complaints and forward accordingly.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including printers and a computer.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and other related duties as assigned.
  • Performed inter-departmental communication to facilitate internal processes.

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
  • Available to work Holidays, except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Day, July 4th
