This role is focused on building and deploying production-grade AI agents that directly power real business applications rather than experimental prototypes. You will work within a lean, high-velocity engineering environment where speed, ownership, and practical impact are central to success. The position involves designing end-to-end agentic systems that integrate with internal tools, APIs, and data infrastructure. You will translate AI capabilities into reliable, scalable workflows that solve concrete operational and product challenges. This is a deeply hands-on engineering role where you will write production code daily and iterate quickly using modern AI development tools. Your work will directly shape how AI is applied across core systems and user-facing products, with a strong focus on measurable business value and system reliability.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain production-ready AI systems that power agentic workflows across the platform. You will be responsible for taking AI concepts from idea to deployment and ensuring they operate reliably at scale:

• Develop and deploy AI agents that solve real business problems and are actively used in production environments.
• Build end-to-end agentic workflows including tool use, memory systems, orchestration, and API integrations.
• Write high-quality Python and/or TypeScript code for scalable AI-driven applications and services.
• Integrate LLMs into internal systems and data sources with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
• Evaluate and improve agent behavior through structured testing, prompt iteration, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly ship and refine AI-powered features.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer with proven experience delivering AI systems into production environments. You combine deep technical expertise with practical judgment and a bias for execution:

• Experience building and deploying LLM-based systems or AI agents in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for scalable application development.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar development environments).
• Solid understanding of agent design patterns including orchestration, tool use, and memory systems.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to working product with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on reliability, performance, and measurable outcomes.

• Competitive base salary: $170,000 – $200,000
