Porter - FT 8-5 Monday - Friday at HallKeen – Clearwater, Florida

HallKeen Management has an opening for a full-time Porter position to assist in maintenance duties at Palmetto on West, Clearwater, FL. Hours: Full time positions from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

Duties include, but not limited to cleaning of common areas, dumpster areas and grounds, cleaning of vacant apartments, daily paper pickup. Cleaning can include but not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting areas. Customer service and good communication skills are a must.

Individual must possess a good work ethic, be a self starter and be able to do the job to completion with little supervision.
