Requirements:
Driver’s License Requirement:For roles that require on-site presence or travel between work locations as an essential function of the position, candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license appropriate for the role and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with applicable laws.

Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThis position operates primarily in an active data center construction environment, encompassing both indoor and outdoor work settings. The role requires the physical ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively in a dynamic environment that includes ongoing construction activity and evolving site conditions.
The work environment includes areas and temporary structures owned, leased, or controlled by third parties over which Overwatch may have limited or no control. Because the project remains under construction, certain areas of the site — including access routes, staging zones, and temporary structures — may not yet be fully ADA-compliant until construction is complete or those third-party areas are finalized.
Physical Requirements:
Work Environment:Work is performed primarily in and around active construction areas, which may include unfinished buildings, temporary field offices, staging areas, and partially completed infrastructure. These locations may contain uneven surfaces, limited accessibility, and other conditions typical of construction projects prior to final completion. Overwatch does not control and cannot modify accessibility conditions within areas, facilities, or temporary structures owned or managed by third parties.

On-Site Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and functional support to Owners Reps and Project Controls staff as authorized by Program Managers.
- As directed, liaise with general contractor’s cost controller and site based project manager to set up PCO log and process.
- Review/analyze the Contractor’s PCO log.
- Review changes with on-site project manager and/or owner’s representative.
- Assess requirements for Contractor review – Full or Basic and allocate to remote resource if required (refer to Matrix for thresholds);Categorize reason for change with onsite project manager and/or owner’s representative.
- Determine funding source allocation.
- Attend weekly review meeting with general contractor and project manager.
- Verify Update Dashboard accuracy and ensure updates are completed.
- Update project controls data center capital cost benchmarks.
- Identify and log and future PCOs as it informs the FFC Letter of Notifications (“LON”).
- Liaise with general contractor’s cost controller and owner’s representative to ensure the LON process is being followed and review and help maintain LON log.
- Review with on-site project manager as required.
- Assess requirement for additional cost estimating support – full or basic and allocate to remote resource if required providing all necessary.
- Issue out comments to general contractor and project manager.
- Coordinate LON reviews and approvals; Close out LONs as required.
- Attend weekly review meeting with general contractor and project manager.
- Upload dashboard.
- Update benchmarks.
Onboarding
- Assist with regional onboarding.
- Input and monitor onboarding data collection in Smart Track.
- Administration of required onboarding documentation.
- Track progress all requirements for onboarding.
- Issue Day One reporting instructions to new site resources.
- Verify that all required data has been input in Smart Track.
- Issue Day One reporting instructions to new site resources.
Change Order ProcessChange order validation as needed, on an hourly basis. These services are to include:
- Cost validation to include labor rates, productivity and material quotes.
- Adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
- Schedule validation.
- Math checking.
- Alternative identification and evaluation.
Cost Reporting
- Support the regular cost reporting, budget management, tracking project change, risk identification and contingency management.
- Coordination of external estimating resources.
- Support cash flow generation, tracking and forecasting.
- Support commitment / proposal evaluation, analysis and approvals.
- Support preparation of Quarterly accrual estimates.
- Coordination with the scheduling team to ensure project construction manager/general contractors (‘CM/GCs”) are providing appropriate project schedule estimates.
- Support estimation and tracking of owner costs across all Project Sites.
- Support the Total Cost of Ownership (‘TCO”) analysis.
- Work with GM/GCs to produce monthly reporting to required quality.
- Generating slide presentations demonstrating cost forecasting and process.
- Add information to internal benchmarking and estimating databases.
- Provide support to Project Managers for costs meetings, OAC meetings and as requested by client from time to time.
Other Responsibilities
- Preparing bid/tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Bid evaluation: bid-leveling and analyzing bid/tender costs.
- Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Performing risk and value management and cost control.
- Advising on procurement strategy.
- Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
- May be asked to be involved in sub-contract negotiation with general contractor on behalf of Owner.
- Allocating work to subcontractors.
- Providing advice on change orders and other contractual claims.
- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
- Valuing completed work and approving payment request amounts from construction contractors.
Machine Learning Support
- Support work in the area of Machine Learning.
- Meet with the Machine Learning team as needed.
- Provide updates to the Project Managers as needed.
- Manage and support all material deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent construction experience.
- 3+ years supporting construction projects (owner’s rep, project controls, cost controls, or coordination).
- Osha 10. Preferred Osha 30 or ability to attain within 30 days from start date
- Experience with change orders / PCOs, cost tracking, and contractor documentation.
- Working knowledge of construction budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to maintain logs, dashboards, and reports.
- Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with contractors and project teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots, is required.
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.
