Program Delivery Lead - FTC

The Program Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering successful technical project implementations for MyPass Global's major clients while managing customer-facing, complex, multi-stream technical programs. This role partners with Engineering to ensure the successful delivery of platform enhancements, integrations, and custom developments, coordinating both technical build activities and operational readiness workstreams. The position provides strategic oversight of technical project portfolios whilst establishing project governance frameworks, maintaining stakeholder communication, and ensuring delivery excellence across all technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client implementation projects, managing concurrent streams including platform enhancements, integrations, data migration, and customer-specific developments across technical and operational workstreams
Develop and maintain customer-facing delivery roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks including steering committees, status reporting, and change control procedures
Partner with Engineering Managers to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards, security, and compliance
Establish and maintain comprehensive risk registers, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while managing dependencies
Create and enforce project documentation standards for customer-facing deliverables
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, scope changes, and vendor contracts while conducting regular health assessments and tracking KPIs
Serve as the primary project lead for major clients, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Produce comprehensive project dashboards and executive reports, chairing steering committees, project reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Negotiate customer requirements, scope changes, and delivery timelines in partnership with Engineering while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Foster collaborative relationships across cross-functional, cross-geography teams and identify skill gaps to coordinate training and development programs
Partner with Engineering Leadership for technical resource coordination, capacity planning, feasibility assessment, and architectural alignment within established authority structures

Key requirements

Substantial and demonstrable experience as a Implementation Manager/Program Delivery Lead/Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Technical Delivery Lead, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream technical programs with budgets >$1m for enterprise clients on time and within budget
Project Management experience working in SaaS platform development, cloud infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and implementing project governance frameworks in technical environments
Experience managing external vendors, offshore development teams, and technical partnerships while working collaboratively within technical organizations and respecting Engineering authority structures
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification requiredAgile/Scrum certifications (SAFe, CSM, PSM) are highly desirable
ITIL or similar service management frameworks are advantageous
