Location: SCHC – Redding, CA 96001 (Must be able to float between our clinics in Anderson, Shasta Lake, and Enterprise, CA)
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Minimum Requirements (Required):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
• Proof of current immunizations and TB screening
• Fluency in another language is a strong plus
• Prior leadership experience REQUIRED (ex: lead, supervisor, trainer, shift lead, team lead, or similar)
• Ability to float between our facilities in Anderson, Shasta Lake, and Enterprise, CA (reliable transportation required)

Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):

• Medical Assistant Certification
• Dental Assistant Certification
• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate
• California Dental Practice Act Certificate

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
• Healthcare or customer-facing experience (helpful, but not required)

As our Dental Assistant / Medical Assistant, you will:

• Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms
• Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions
• Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
