What Your Summer Will Look Like
Our summer internship program is designed to be immersive, collaborative, and hands‑on. You’ll join a close‑knit class of interns and gain real exposure to how a growing business operates. Throughout the summer, you’ll participate in lunch‑and‑learns, connect directly with senior leaders, and have opportunities to share and present your ideas.

You won’t just be observing—you’ll be contributing meaningful work, learning how different teams partner together, and building a strong understanding of how decisions are made across the business. By the end of the summer, you’ll walk away with practical experience, new skills, and a broader perspective on what it’s like to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of an enterprise IT ticketing system, gain experience in software systems deployment; contributing across requirements definition, project planning, system testing, and go-live readiness.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, decisions, action items, and timelines to support structured execution and project visibility.

  • Assist with system testing and validation, coordinating test scenarios and collecting user feedback to inform configuration improvements and deployment readiness. Learn about the differences between and uses cases of various testing methods used in software deployment.

  • Design, build, and deploy business process automation, producing clear technical documentation to enable long term maintenance and operational handoff.

  • Improve IT asset management and documentation standards by accurately recording assets, supporting inventory audits, and organizing and labeling equipment to enhance asset tracking and compliance. Have the opportunity to develop and define new systems for data tracking.

  • Operate within a hybrid work model, managing clearly defined deliverables by completing hands on asset organization during in office days and executing project and documentation work remotely.

  • Participate in structured mentorship and regular project check ins, including standups and progress reviews, to stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Learn about the functions involved in running a successful consumer packaged goods company.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Currently pursuing a degree (or equivalent coursework) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Operations, or a related field.

  • Strong organization and attention to detail, especially in documentation and tracking work across multiple projects.

  • Ability to manage time and priorities across simultaneous projects with guidance and check-ins.

  • Clear communicator who can provide status updates, capture decisions, and ask for help when blocked.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to or interest in Microsoft Power Automate or workflow automation concepts.

  • Experience with coding, specifically in Python or Java script.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets extensively in either school or personal projects.
