We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can stay focused while managing multiple tasks and interruptions. Additionally, this person sets clear expectations, meets customer deadlines, and ensures all large orders are followed through from start to finish.

This role is based out of our West Allis office with an in-office schedule of Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.

In this role, you develop close working relationships with both internal teams and external customers, allowing you to stay ahead of challenges and ensure customers feel supported. The Customer Experience Coordinator helps prevent surprises by making sure expectations are aligned and that we consistently deliver on our promises.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond to emails from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Obtain and track ship dates for all order components, following up to ensure commitments are met

  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery requirements and expectations

  • Proactively anticipate potential issues or next steps related to order processing

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls from clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years in a customer service related role

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Experience working efficiently in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word and Excel)

  • Demonstrated problem solving experience in exceeding customer's expectations

  • A can-do, optimistic attitude when communicating with customers and team members

  • Experience managing multiple projects and timely turnaround in resolution

  • Must also demonstrate impeccable business communication skills both written and verbal

It Would Also be Nice to Have:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
