Our part-time, paid internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment within the entertainment industry. Interns can work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Participants will engage in real projects, gaining practical industry insights while developing professional skills through workshops and career-building sessions. The program also features guest speaker events with industry experts, networking opportunities with professionals and fellow interns, and exclusive perks such as company outings, team-building activities, and access to film and media screenings.

Summary

Legendary is currently seeking an intern to join the fast-paced Marketing department. We’re a highly collaborative group looking for students who can actively contribute to our upcoming campaigns. An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ever-evolving social media and cultural landscape, an innate ability to engage with diverse audience and a genuine passion for the field of marketing. In addition, the intern will work closely with the executives and members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on the current landscape and social trends.
• Source influencers for potential collaboration opportunities on future releases.
• Help develop digital marketing activations for upcoming projects.
• Assist in social media strategic planning, as well as platform monitoring and recaps.
• Assistance with promotions including fan outreach, on the ground support, managing giveaways, etc.
• Help create a roadmap for marketing research/analysis to be used for future projects.
• Active participation and note taking in group brainstorm sessions.

• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Fall/Summer) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
• A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Social media savvy – particularly Tik Tok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Stays current with influencers and online culture
• Awareness of film/TV marketing and what stands out
• Fluency in content creation a major plus
• Interest in analytics a plus
• Must be able to work in our Burbank office 29 hours a week
