Assistant Manager at Ivars, Inc. – Seattle, Washington

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring full-time Assistant Managers at our outdoor quick-service Fish Bar on Pier 54 in downtown Seattle (in front of our Acres of Clams restaurant). The pay for these managers will include an hourly wage between $26.00 and $28.00 and a potential monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.

Our Assistants will work with the rest of the management team to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and flexible availability. For those who perform well and demonstrate a desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could result in a pay raise and promotion to General Manager.
