Job Overview
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing the installation of HVAC (or service-related) systems and equipment while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and a positive customer experience. This role leads installation crews, manages job sites, and ensures projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards.

This role leads installation crews, manages job sites, and ensures projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards.

What You'll Do
- Install a wide range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, attic/vertical splits, ductwork)
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and meet code and manufacturer standards
- Perform system start-up and verification to ensure proper operation
- Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and dispatch
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each installation
- Accurately complete installation documentation (work orders, reports, equipment tracking)
- Maintain and care for company-provided vehicle and tools
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Mentor apprentices and support their development
- Stay current on industry best practices through company-provided training
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset
- Bilingual is a plus!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
