We are currently seeking certified EMT-Basics for non-emergency medical transport. This role involves the safe and timely transport of patients to and from healthcare facilities, dialysis centers, and private residences. This is a non-emergency position; however, you will be expected to provide high-quality patient care, conduct vehicle checks, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare staff.

• Safely transport patients in non-emergency situations.

• Provide basic patient care within EMT-B scope of practice.

• Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness.

• Complete patient care reports and transport documentation accurately and on time.

• Assist patients in and out of vehicles, including stretcher or wheelchair handling.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare providers, and families.

• Maintain professionalism and compassion with every patient interaction.

• Current EMT-B certification (State and/or NREMT).

• Valid CPR/BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Minimum 21 years of age (for insurance purposes).

• Ability to lift and maneuver patients and equipment safely (up to 125 lbs).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in non-emergency transport is strongly preferred.
