Under the guidance and supervision of the nurse, the supervisor shares the responsibility for total patient needs. As a member of the nursing team, He/She performs a variety of technical and skilled patient care duties, many of which were acquired through nursing education and supervised on-the-job training and experiences. The Registered Nurse shares the responsibility of providing a safe and comfortable environment conducive to healing while delivering quality care.
