What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care and wellness programs to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.
  • Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Conduct and review resident assessments and care plans, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with state regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments to coordinate care and maintain communication.
  • Monitor medication management, infection control practices, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies.
  • Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage as needed.


What You’ll Need:

  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or a similar healthcare setting (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to model and reinforce desired cultural values, helping reset expectations and elevate team engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassion and commitment to serving the senior population.
  • Current CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
