Position Summary:

Polished, professional, and service-driven Restaurant Server will deliver high-quality service to guests dining in the hotel's restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in guest service etiquette, comfortable in a hotel setting, and able to represent the brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat hotel guests and walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Present menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Ensure guests receive prompt attention and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
• Respond to guest requests, dietary needs, and complaints with efficiency and grace.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas.
• Assist with room service and banquet support as needed.
• Handle guest payments, provide accurate bills, and follow proper cash and credit procedures.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel’s amenities, services, and surrounding area to assist with guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a hotel or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant procedures.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
