Taylor International Corp is seeking a dynamic Commercial Project Manager to lead the execution of high-profile commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing commercial construction projects, particularly in hospitality and gaming environments, and be highly proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and team coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating, bidding, and subcontractor selection.
Manage and maintain project schedules using construction management tools such as AutoDesk Build.
Track project budgets, change orders, RFIs, and contract compliance.
Coordinate with Superintendents and field personnel to ensure site safety, quality, and productivity.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Conduct weekly project meetings and maintain regular communication with all stakeholders.
Generate and submit required documentation including submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Support project closeout activities including punch lists, commissioning, and turnover documentation.
7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with preferred experience on hospitality sites, gaming centers, or high-end tenant improvements.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects from start to finish.
Strong financial acumen and experience with project cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficient in AutoDesk Build, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction project management software.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
