Sr. Product Designer (Remote)

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing user experiences through innovative design solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our platform is not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly. Your contributions will directly impact how our customers engage with our products, making them easier to navigate and enjoy. You will have the opportunity to lead design initiatives and mentor other designers, influencing the product's aesthetic and functionality. Accountabilities- Lead in the discovery, design, and build of products already in the design phase or from scratch
- Design interfaces that are simple, functional, and elegant for complex systems
- Act as a steward for our design system
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions
- Influence future vision and strategic decisions with product and executive teams
- Provide impactful feedback to other designers, aiding in skill development
- Ensure products meet usability standards for efficiency and user satisfaction
- Champion user-centric designs by understanding user motivations
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design processes
- Maintain UI designs consistent with brand guidelines and standards
- Gather peer and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement
- 4-6 years of relevant product design experience (ticketing industry experience preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing understanding of information hierarchy and good usability practices
- Expertise in providing feedback in design reviews
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationales
- Advanced understanding of user experience principles
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Strong understanding of the design and product development processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of web structure and technologies like HTML and CSS
