- Manage all phases of technical projects, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, execution, and post-project review.
- Collaborate with shipboard engineers, captains, and shoreside technical teams to align project outcomes with operational needs.
- Coordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and technical vendors to ensure projects meet safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
- Communicate project updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment across departments.
- Apply maritime engineering knowledge to support vessel upgrades, system improvements, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and enhanced guest experience through technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate project records, budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent hands-on maritime experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects in maritime, expedition, cruise, offshore, or commercial vessel operations.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and class requirements (USCG, ABS, DNV, Lloyds, flag state).
- Experience collaborating with shipboard teams and working in dynamic, operational field environments.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and documentation standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and operational requirements.
- Willingness and ability to travel to vessels, offices, shipyards, and remote locations as needed.
