- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Partner with Customer Success leads to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
- Communicate project expectations and updates clearly and promptly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks and propose actionable solutions.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document recommendations to improve future project execution.
- Implement best practices and tools for efficient project management and execution.
- Ensure alignment of all stakeholders on project status, priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience, or 10+ years without a degree.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Churn Zero, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage with executive leadership and provide clear recommendations.
- Competitive salary ($120,000$140,000 USD).
