We are currently looking for a Procurement Contract Manager in United States.This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for goods and services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Procurement Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. This role will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, secure favorable commercial terms, and contribute to operational excellence and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong contract management expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, shaping procurement practices that support business growth and operational effectiveness.Accountabilities:
  • Lead drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and related amendments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define sourcing requirements, develop procurement strategies, and align contracts with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Drive supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, service levels, delivery schedules, and contractual protections.
  • Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT/Security teams to manage risk and maintain operational, financial, and security standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, negotiations, and approvals to support audit readiness and contract administration.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contract SLAs/metrics and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contribute to departmental goals by identifying sourcing opportunities, achieving cost savings, and improving supplier relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 510 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or related commercial function.
  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and influencing outcomes across pricing, terms, and service delivery.
  • Experience with SaaS, Data Center, AI, Hardware, and Contingent Services procurement preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, benchmark pricing, and identify sourcing trade-offs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote or hybrid environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • High accountability, integrity, and self-driven mindset.
