- Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
- Manage complex client relationships, set expectations, and deliver measurable value
- Optimize program operations, scaling delivery teams for efficiency and impact
- Facilitate alignment between clients, technical teams, and executives through clear communication and reporting
- Oversee daily execution activities, including planning, scrums, requirements gathering, product management, testing, and deployment
- Mentor and grow forward-deployed AI engineers and strategists to deliver innovative solutions
- Author program playbooks and establish best practices for large-scale AI program delivery
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs for healthcare clients
- Proven track record managing programs with $10M+ budgets
- Strong ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical teams and executive leadership
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven technology solutions and automation in healthcare delivery
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams in technical program delivery
