Client Sales Specialist at SFS Group USA, Inc. – Wyomissing, Pennsylvania

SFS Group USA Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Sales Specialist to join our team in either our Wyomissing, PA or Atlanta, GA locations! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication, order management, and customer service. By proactively prospecting and collaborating across departments, you will contribute directly to achieving our business sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Objectives

• Service the customer by entering orders, responding to inquiries and concerns, and prospecting proactively to support achieving business sales goals

Principal duties

• Enter orders and requests for quotes in the ERP System.
• Prioritize customer service activities, including entering, tracking, and releasing material for shipment in the ERP System.
• Update customers on product and deliveries.
• Deliver timely customer service support via email and over the phone.
• Manage incoming telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication skills.
• Effectively present and discuss SFS products and services.
• Process returns and customer complaints, keeping management informed of all customer issues.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to understand production schedules and ensure inventory availability and timely completion of re-pack materials. Work closely with the scheduler to understand material lead times and ship from points.
• Collaborate with management on potential shipment delays, stockout issues that thwart on-time delivery, and other customer concerns.
• Manage credit card transactions and inquiries as needed
• Represent SFS at select customers as the primary point of contact
• Enter prospecting and customer service activities in the CRM system.

Desired Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service/ inside sales experience
• Manufacturing highly desired
• Previous ERP experience required, SAP experience highly preferred
