This is a fully remote position.Accountabilities:
- Lead data science initiatives by analyzing complex datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that inform business strategy
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, develop analytical approaches, and communicate results effectively
- Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning methods to structured and unstructured data
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on data science practices and improving data literacy across teams
- Support cloud-based analytics initiatives and leverage tools like TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries
- Bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with data mining, machine learning, and large-scale dataset analysis
- 5+ years of Python programming experience and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, or Torch
- 3+ years of experience with NLP techniques and libraries
- 2+ years of cloud computing experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working knowledge of API endpoints
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methods including regression, clustering, bagging, boosting, and neural networks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Competitive salary range of $99,200 $165,300, depending on experience and location
