Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with supervising physicians and mid-level providers
- Follow standing orders, protocols, and clinic policies
- Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
- Administer IM injections
- Obtain vitals and perform related supervised clinical tasks
- Assist with EKGs
- Maintain laboratory equipment, documentation, and quality control
- Manage weekly inventory and supply ordering
- Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

- Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating Saturdays)
