Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:45 p.m. (ET), Overtime as Needed, Essential Personnel

HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Industrial Maintenance Equipment Technician maintains and services production equipment in accordance with controlled drawings, specifications, procedures and maintenance schedules, as necessary to support production operations. Communicates effectively with customers, vendors and internal support departments to diagnose, repair and return equipment to service in an efficient manner. Works closely with production, production support and engineering departments to set and maintain processing equipment inventory levels. Utilizes workshop equipment, tools and facilities in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Strives to keep workshop safe and efficient by using 5S methods.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Perform processing equipment repair, inspection, and maintenance activities in accordance with approved specifications and procedures and completes all associated documentation. Occasional travel using personal or company vehicle is required to perform work at various local facilities.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of equipment par levels to support production operations and equipment repair operations, including spare, repair and replacement part ordering.
- Initiates vendor repair and calibration services in cooperation with Facilities Management staff.
- Assists with mechanical inspection of custom fabricated and machined components.
- Monitors and reports equipment performance data including but not limited to: durability, repair history, vendor performance, work in progress and various other aspects of equipment reliability.
- Assists with technical training of production staff regarding proper equipment use and care.
- Assists operations managers, P&L engineers, and R&D engineers in support of process launch and continuous improvement projects.
- Builds, maintains and repairs PSD sets in accordance with defined specifications and work instructions.
WHAT YOULL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state driver's license and meets LifeNet Healths minimum requirements for driving company vehicles
- One (1) year of related equipment repair and maintenance experience
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Associates degree or completed vocational training in skilled trade, engineering technology, or equivalent.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)
- Three (3) years of related industry experience in skilled trades, machining, inspection, or industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to Interpret and write technical documents: Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications; ability to edit and create sketches, work instructions, and procedures using Microsoft Office products.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/ workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/ pitfalls.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/ completeness and early/ on-time delivery.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $20.36 to $27.15 hourly
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $20.36 hourly (entry level qualifications) to $27.15 hourly (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.
