Resident Care Assistant

Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) for all shifts to provide quality care for our residents. Are you looking for flexibility in your schedule? This is an as needed position with potential to grow and gain more hours in both Assisted Living and Long Term Care if desired.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
• Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
• Engage residents in social interactions and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
• Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
• Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:

• An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
• An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
• An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift
• Additional hours may be available in other departments if desired
