Activities Assistant and Driver (Part-Time)

Grand Villa is seeking a compassionate and energetic Part-Time Activities Assistant to enhance the quality of life for our senior residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational activities and social events for residents

- Provide companionship and support to residents during activities to promote engagement and well-being

- Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community functions as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe environment during activities and transportation

- Collaborate with staff to ensure residents’ needs are met and activities are tailored to their interests

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with seniors or in a recreational activities role preferred

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed

- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
