About This Position
This is for a Daytime Line Cook Position. Must be available from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Saturday

Job summary:
Must be able to execute all basic daily functions, which include but are not limited to, standing for long periods of time, ability to lift and/or help lift standard kitchen items(such as case of potatoes, salad oil, fry oil) should have some understanding of kitchen station work, such as sauté, poach, grill. Able to take notes, and prepare their own prep lists. Understand the structure of a restaurant kitchen team, hours of service, need to work quickly when asked, some organizational skills.
Job requirements:
• Responsible for the operations of the restaurant kitchen and has to report directly to the head chef or the executive chef
• Responsible for maintaining the food quality and standards of hygiene in the kitchen
• Ensure that food is delivered hot and on time
2-5 years of applicable kitchen experience is highly recommended. Shifts will include morning/lunch shifts as well as dinner service.
