Field Survey Technician at WSB & Associates, Inc. dba WSB – Tulsa, Oklahoma

Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking a Survey Field Technician to add to our growing team in Tulsa, OK. You will work with a Crew Chief in Oklahoma with potential travel to the surrounding states. We are looking for a candidate with a team mentality, strong technical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to learn the operation of equipment and data collection with accuracy and reliability, employing safe and efficient field practices. What you will do:

• Assist in boundary, topographic, right-of-way, and construction surveys for a wide variety of public and private projects.
• Follow directions with a focus on learning the methods and equipment
• Operate and maintain field equipment
• Travel, including overnight stays, is sometimes required

What You Will Bring:

• Experience is ideal, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are required
• Ability to adjust to scheduling and traveling in a faced paced environment
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains;
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Our preferred candidate will have:

• Some experience and education in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/Open Roads;
• Drone license and experience with LiDAR and Photogrammetry
