Position Overview
Pay: $23-$25
Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville – The Countrypolitan, a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role serves as a critical support function for the Sales & Events team—ensuring seamless execution of group bookings, accurate system management, and exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage group bookings within Opera PMS, including rooming lists, pickup tracking, and inventory adjustments
- Assist with billing processes, folio review, and client voucher reconciliation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group pickup reporting and internal distribution of resumes and BEO packets
- Support Sales Managers with administrative coordination and client follow-up
- Maintain accuracy across systems and ensure all group data is aligned with brand and operational standards
- Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure successful group execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel Front Desk or Reservations experience
- At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in Opera PMS required
- Experience with group creation, rooming lists, and billing within IHG systems preferred
- Delphi experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
