- Define and execute the strategic vision for the omnichannel practice, aligning service offerings with market trends and client needs
- Drive business growth by building and managing a strong pipeline, securing new engagements, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business challenges into tailored omnichannel strategies and solutions
- Lead the design and implementation of omnichannel frameworks, including customer journeys, content strategies, and channel optimization initiatives
- Guide clients through digital transformation by advising on governance models, operating structures, and change management approaches
- Establish performance measurement frameworks, analyze engagement data, and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (advanced degree or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or advisory roles within the life sciences industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth, including sourcing and closing consulting engagements exceeding $3M annually
- Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies, digital engagement platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in life sciences and healthcare environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality client outcomes
