The Behavioral Health Clinical Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting the Behavioral Health team and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and compassionate environment for patients seeking mental health services. This position is responsible for front-desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate medical records—all while delivering exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EHR experience required
• At least 1 year of healthcare reception experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Prior experience in a medical or mental health office preferred
• Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and procedures preferred
• Completion of a certified medical office training course, CNA, or Medical Assistant program preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
