The ideal Hygiene/Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to coordinate and manage the hygiene schedule to ensure patients' treatment and satisfaction.

East Village Dental is a modern, fully digital, paperless practice located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused office, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, growth, and exceptional patient care.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Hygiene / Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a high-energy environment. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in managing a high volume of outbound calls for hygiene recall and treatment follow-ups, while also supporting the administrative team with day-to-day operations.

SCHEDULE:

• Mondays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesdays & Thursdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Fridays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Availability for 2 Saturdays per month
• Closed every long weekend!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 years of experience as a Hygiene/Treatment Coordinator is required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix and max Assist is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Proven experience with high-volume patient communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Dental administration experience (Dentrix experience is an asset)
