Teramind protects 10,000+ organizations from insider threats by analyzing billions of behavioral events daily. We're scaling to 100,000 customers, and our data platform needs to scale with uswithout falling over at 3AM or burning through our cloud budget.

This isn't a Python job. It's a "make massive amounts of data queryable in under 2 seconds" job. Python happens to be what we use today.

We dont expect a perfect fit for every requirement weve outlined. If you can see yourself contributing to the team, we want to hear your story. You can expect up to 3 interviews, including a live coding component. In some scenarios, were able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
