The Opportunity

We currently have multiple opportunities for a casual, part-time or full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. Shift availability from Monday - Friday, 6.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 7.00am to 12.00pm

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for our CK Store and online customer inquiries
• Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
• Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into forever raving fans
• Liase with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time-efficient manner
• Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls resolved)
• Communicate with customers globally

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service, call center or similar role
• Strong attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Retail experience or knowledge preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency with computers with a typing speed of 50-60 words per minute
• Strong multitasking abilities
