Insurance Coverage Attorney - Remote - NY / NJ - 130k to 190k
We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm. We have become respected for our effective defense of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals and small business owners. We represent clients on a national basis, and maintain twelve offices in nine states plus the District of Columbia, with local presence in several others. Our lawyers have appeared in the courts of over 35 states and territories.

Job duties:
Remote work! Or can work hybrid depending on your preference, we have offices throughout NJ and NY.
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
Serve as counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
