Accountabilities- Lead the delivery of your teams roadmap with predictable, high-quality outputs
- Collaborate with Product on planning and prioritization
- Remove blockers and provide clarity in ambiguous situations
- Ensure technical decisions balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Maintain high standards for quality and customer impact
- Clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Hire, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in engineering management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with modern tech stacks like Elixir, Rust, PostgreSQL, Typescript, and GCP
