About This Position

Project Site Administrator

Last Energy is a pioneering US technology company focused on fleet-wide deployment and operation of next-generation nuclear assets. We are revolutionizing nuclear power delivery for rapid deployment and scalability.
As we expand project development and construction activities, we are looking for a highly organized Project Site Administrator to support day-to-day operations at our construction sites.

The Project Site Administrator is responsible for supporting the operational and administrative needs of the reactor site team. This role ensures efficient coordination between project leadership, contractors, vendors, and corporate functions by managing documentation, site logistics, and administrative processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized site operations and enabling the construction team to focus on safe and efficient project delivery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the on-site construction and project management teams.
  • Maintain organized records for site documentation, including reports, permits, correspondence, and project files.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and logistics for internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding processes for site personnel, contractors, and visitors.
  • Maintain document control systems for site records, including drawings, revisions, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative processes related to contractor access, documentation, and site requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling, site communications, and logistics.
  • Help maintain site safety records, training logs, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of administrative experience in construction, engineering, industrial projects, or infrastructure environments
  • Experience supporting construction site or plant operations
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Experience supporting field teams or project teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
Last Energy provides decarbonized, reliable, affordable nuclear energy at scale by innovating on the delivery model, not the reactor. By significantly reducing the time and cost of deployment, we are decarbonizing global energy production, increasing access to 24/7 baseload power, and creating a scalable clean energy future for humanity.
