Job Summary

The Seasonal Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to support field and warehouse operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers across multiple territories to understand staffing needs, maintain hiring pipelines, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and managers. The Field Recruiter will spend time both remotely and on-site as needed to support high-volume hiring during peak season. This position is a six-month contract; however, continuation of the role is contingent upon business demands and workload, and the contract may end earlier if necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, warehouse, seasonal, and hourly positions

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships.

  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with managers.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support fast turnaround hiring needs.

  • Post and update job ads across multiple platforms to ensure strong candidate flow.

  • Track recruiting activity, candidate stages, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system.

  • Support new hire onboarding by coordinating start dates, background checks, paperwork, and I-9 verification.

  • Attend hiring events or visit field locations to support staffing during peak season.

  • Ensure all recruiting practices follow company guidelines and legal compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years in recruiting, HR, staffing, or high-volume hiring is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with ADP Recruiting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with both candidates and managers.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and seasonal hiring surges.

  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and digital tools for communication.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Strong judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Candidates must reside in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Applicants located within the Eastern Time Zone are also preferred.
