POSITION SUMMARY
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests and supporting the restaurants administrative functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to phone calls and inquiries made from guests interested in making dining reservations at 220.
Manage reservation book system to accurately record and organize guest bookings.
Collaborate with the Events Team to provide them with timely updates on event inquiries and reservations.
Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Organize training materials.
Assist the Management team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing and record keeping.
Assist in maintaining and updating menus, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage items and communicate restocking needs to relevant team members.
Utilize Restaurants 365, inputting invoices, understanding COGs, and assisting with counts monthly.
Assist in conducting regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of food and beverage areas.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in hospitality or administration is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and office equipment.
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, growing environment

Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling a variety of tasks, such as cleaning, carrying items, or assisting guests with luggage.
Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and reach in order to perform various tasks throughout the facility.
Good Vision and Hearing: Necessary to observe guests entering the restaurant, respond to customer needs, and communicate clearly with staff and patrons.
Strength: Ability to carry menus, help rearrange seating or assist with light cleaning tasks if needed.
Calm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment, especially during peak hours.
Polished Appearance: While not purely physical, maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance is often required for interacting with guests in a front-facing role.
