Technology Data Operations Engineer I - IT Tech Analytics

Work location: Texas Health Resources, 612 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011
(position works remotely 4 days per week)
Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
IT Tech Analytics Department highlights:
The Tech Analytics Team is a 'Big Data' Team supporting technology infrastructure and security analytic needs, including;
• Realtime insights of applications, combining multiple data sources into Grafana dashboards.
• Identity and Asset warehouses for numerous technology focused use cases.
• Realtime log collection and analysis utilizing cutting edge streaming technology
Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree. (Required)
• 2 Years' Experience managing, implementing, and maintaining Enterprise Class IT Operation Management Solutions: service desk platforms / desktop or server management tools / data analysis or log analytics platforms; and/or
- Supporting complex applications with comprehensive SQL techniques; and/or
- Developing data acquisition process through API, ODBC, streaming or batch processing; utilizing interpreted or compiled languages (python, R, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.)(Preferred)
• Python, Grafana, Cribl, Rocky Linux, experience preferred
