Position Details
  • Schedule: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Tuesday - Friday; No Weekends!

  • Hours: 32 hours/week

  • Pay: $32.30 – $34.90/hour

  • Differential: Evening shift + $3.00/hour | Night Shift + $1.00/hour | Weekends +$1.25/hour

Requirements
  • Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills

What You’ll Do

As an LPN at Fairmount Homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and treatments per physician’s orders

  • Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring accountability to policies and procedures

  • Completing accurate nursing documentation and reports

  • Making resident rounds and monitoring resident status

  • Communicating updates, incidents, and concerns to the RN Supervisor

  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, transfers, and assessments

  • Upholding safety, infection control, HIPAA, and compliance standards
