High Pressure Boiler Operator at Kashiv Biosciences LLC – Piscataway, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor high-pressure boilers and related equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of boiler systems, including pumps, compressors, and control systems.

· Adjust controls and settings to maintain optimal steam generation and pressure levels as required for various operations.

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

· Maintain detailed logs and records of operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks.

· Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement process improvements and ensure system reliability.

· Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

· Support emergency response activities related to steam and boiler systems as necessary.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in boiler operation preferred.

· Valid High Pressure Boiler Operator’s License or equivalent certification required.

· Minimum [X] years of experience operating and maintaining high-pressure boilers in an industrial or biotech environment.

· Strong understanding of boiler control systems, steam distribution, and auxiliary equipment.

· Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to boiler operation.
