About This Position
Position Summary
Turbare is a new 503B Outsourcing Facility committed to delivering high-quality compounded sterile pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers nationwide. Dedicated to patient safety and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring product compliance and quality through meticulous sterile compounding operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Cleaning:
- Prepare and maintain sterile compounding environment.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning within compounding environment
- Document process, chemicals, and relevant information
Material Transfer:
- Safely transfer materials within the cleanroom, documenting movements for traceability.
Documentation:
- Document work performed at various states of the process
Environmental Monitoring:
- Perform environmental and personnel monitoring within the ISO7/ISO5 cleanroom space

- Ability to undergo thorough training program, ensuring adherence with Quality and Compliance Standards
- Must have strong discipline and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
You will stand out if you have:
- Knowledge of USP Chapter 797
- Knowledge of cGMP Regulations
- Experience in pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Sterile Compounding Experience
- Arkansas Pharmacy Technician License
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:
- This position involves working in a cleanroom environment with strict adherence to gowning and hygiene procedures.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
