About This Position
The Production Rentals Administrator will assist with all aspects of the vehicle rentals for the company. This entails entering the rentals into RT Pro, collecting PO from the client and properly billing for each rental. This person will also create and maintain all vehicle files, DOT compliance and assist with vehicle registrations and tags. The Production Rentals Administrator will assist our insurance carrier to make sure all vehicles are on the appropriate insurance policy.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. In addition, this job will require an organized office space, including daily filing and destroying of documents.
