About This Position

Job Description:


The Production Rentals Administrator will assist with all aspects of the vehicle rentals for the company. This entails entering the rentals into RT Pro, collecting PO from the client and properly billing for each rental. This person will also create and maintain all vehicle files, DOT compliance and assist with vehicle registrations and tags. The Production Rentals Administrator will assist our insurance carrier to make sure all vehicles are on the appropriate insurance policy.


Position Type:


This is a full-time, non-exempt position.


Essential Job Functions:


RT Pro order input, billing and reporting.Ability to build Excel Spreadsheets.Updates, organizes and maintains fleet vehicles files.Vehicle tag renewal assistance.Ability to assist other departments as it pertains to RT Pro.Coordinate add/delete of vehicles from insurance policies.Partner with compliance group to ensure timely and accurate DOT renewals/compliances.Ability to build reports in RT Pro, organize and present reports to management as requested.Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Competencies and Experience:

At least 3-5 years relevant work experience.Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and multitask abilities.Strong Communication and organization skills.Multi-tasking and detailed oriented a must.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).Ability to work with minimal supervision and yet be compatible within a team environment.


Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. In addition, this job will require an organized office space, including daily filing and destroying of documents.
